**一、 静脉输血的定义**
* 静脉输血是将血液或血液制品通过静脉输入体内的方法，是失血性疾病和血液病急救治疗的一项重要措施。
**二、 静脉输血的目的**
* 补充血容量、增加血红蛋白、补充各种凝血因子，增加白蛋白、补充抗体、补体
**三、 静脉输血的注意事项**
1. 主动告知与配合
* 签署输血治疗知情同意书
* 配合护士做好患者身份核对，确保输血安全。
* 抽血检测及配血，供血者和受血者的血进行ABO血型、Rh血型的鉴定及交叉配血。
* 主动告知有无输血过敏史，是否有心肺疾病。
* 测量体温，体温≥38.5℃，需先降温处理。
2. 输血期间的注意事项
* 输血速度有讲究，勿自行调节输血速度。
* 不可使用热水袋或热毛巾直接敷注射部位。
* 输血侧肢体勿剧烈活动或高于输血平面，以免导管脱出或堵管。
3. 输血期间如有以下不适，请告知医务人员
* 如出现寒颤、高热、心悸、胸闷、呼吸困难等不适，请卧床休息，并立即呼叫医护人员。
* 穿刺口有红、肿、热、痛等不适，请您按铃呼叫护士。
