[Step 2: What to Track Daily – 0:30–0:50]
“At the end of each day, fill in these six columns:”
1. Icebreakers Sent – How many cold DMs/intros you sent
2. Connects Accepted – How many leads accepted your request
3. Successful Chitchats – Real convos that moved forward that day
4. Demos Booked – If any demos scheduled that day
5. Demos Attended – If any demos happened that day
6. Signups – How many became customers that day

[Step 3: Submit Your Weekly Numbers – 0:50–1:05]
