Stakeholders are individuals, groups, or organizations that have an interest or concern in a company, project, or activity. They can either affect or be affected by the organization's actions, objectives, and policies. This includes employees, customers, investors, suppliers, the community, government, partners, and media.
Stakeholders can be categorized into two main types. Internal stakeholders are those within the organization, such as employees, managers, shareholders, and board of directors. External stakeholders are outside the organization but still have interests in its activities, including customers, suppliers, government, community, and creditors.
